The project started by building the base and walls of the cabinet. We then assembled the face with pocket holes and put aside to stain. Next, we measured depth, length, and height for the drawers and accounted for the track slides. We assembled the pieces of the drawers together and installed the tracks onto the cabinet and drawers. We insured a smooth roll and flush finish before assembling the drawer faces. We then installed our hinges onto the doors of the cabinet and screwed it into place. Once everything was put together, we stained, let everything dry and installed.

This particular build was a little bit more difficult for me than some of the other builds. One of the more challenging aspects was trying to get the gaps between the drawers and the doors to be equal all the way down. Another part that gave me a hard time was the stain—I learned a lot about how not to stain. Overall, this build was a lot of fun and taught me the art of patience.
